home (and awake) on a Sunday

   hahaha... yeah! I'm up! :P

I got home late yesterday and I went straight to bed. After work, mama Knoll and I went to Megamall. Grabe! They have a mall-wide sale pala! The place was packed by 11am. :( We just ate and window shopped a bit. My siblings fetched me at around 2-3pm na. We went straight to Diver's Point where I got us (Det and I) our very own wetsuits! Sa wakas! Hahaha... No more renting. :P They were cheap too! Mine was P2,500 lang. (Oo, mura na yan, wetsuits range from P3,000+ to probably over P10k) I got some snorkels na rin while we were there.

I find out the other day that I got accepted to grad school. Thanks to Armie who reminded me about enrolling this school year, prompting me to check out TMC's webbie. My mom must really be happy now. :P hahaha.. So plans on studying in UK just got shelved by my more affordable and convenient option. hehehe.. :D The question now is, will I have time for it? :s Hopefully, but I wish the world could slow down a bit for me. hahahaha I have to attend this 4-day workshop before the school year start. :( I hope the trip to Galera and SE Asia, wouldn't have to be scrapped because of that. :( I'd have to confirm on Tuesday. Hay! Sad part pala is, since I've spent my money on our wetsuits, I don't have money to pay for the workshop! Yaiks! :S Bat ang mahal naman kasi??? P5k for a 4-Sunday workshop? Akala ko ba, mura sa UP? hahahaha :P How am I going to raise P5,000 kaya in less than a week? Hay! Ask mom? hahahaha :P

I had been staying late at work these past few days to finish this friggin' project. And I am coming to work today and probably tomorrow for it too. Yes, I know tomorrow's a holiday, but I don't want to miss our deadline because I'm too slow at learning this new language. .net's pretty cool but man, three week's not enough for me to learn and use it. :( I have been complaining a lot about the project and it even came to the point where I blurted out my rants to our boss who didn't even hesitate a second to tell the IT manager about it (resulting to unnecessary meetings. ugh! Hate myself for doing that! I should have been careful. As Knoll would say though, No regrets just lessons learned. :P) but I'm loving it. I'm loving the fact that I'm learning so much in so little time, the rush of energy that envigorates me whenever I'm cramming at work and seeing for myself that yeah, I am learning, the wastedness state I'm at everytime I come in at work after getting just two hours or so of sleep, the fact that, I'm getting the heck of it!, asking myself, what the heck am I doing, saying over and over again that I want to give up, but pushing still until I finish or my last breath, whichever comes first, (I'm praying for the first option though), the thought of future challenges, no matter how intimidating the hindrances and hurdles that might come with them are, that may come my way. Heck, I'm loving every single nanosecond of it amidst all the complains that I utter every hour or two. :P hahaha!

I may hardly have time to sleep as much as I used to, I may seldom get to eat regularly, go out, get crazy and have fun as how other people may define it, but I am enjoying how things are getting along. I am having fun, no matter how boring it may seem at first glance, even to me. ( hahaha :P Yeah, If you haven't noticed, I am weird.) I am loving life, my life undoubtly! :P

Hmmm, sounds like someone's going out diving. Kainggit! Gusto ko na din finally matutong mag-dive! If I keep myself focused, this year will see that dream come to fruition.

Glad to hear things are going well for you lately, and that by sheer optimism and perseverance you are making your time on this earth an unforgettable experience. Life is too beautiful, ain't it?

Congratulations also on your acceptance to grad school! I hope UP takes care of you and makes your stay there worthwhile. What are you taking up, by the way?
